What is the screenshot application you’ve got there? I’ve got a couple high-res display boards I want to take screenshots of, and there just isn’t enough memory available to go the printscreen+paint route.
The icon is probably something from the Windows 2.x SDK, most likely SNAP.EXE. The actual screenshot was taken “externally” with VirtualBox, without using any Windows software.
